To your overwhelming support for our first official presentation at Salone del Mobile.Milano 2023.
In 2020, our original plan was to showcase a snippet of District Eight’s new directions. Due to unexpected turns, we could only participate in this year's edition, which allowed us to further develop our portfolio. This event provided a more comprehensive and well-rounded vision of the brand’s evolution, creative design, and craftsmanship.
From humble beginnings as a small studio 13 years ago, we are still in awe, honored, and inspired by your support to continue sharing our stories and products.
For those who were unable to attend, we would like to share with you the exciting updates from the event.
This year, District Eight took center stage and showcased for the first time in Milan our designer collections in collaboration with Michele de Lucchi, Toan Nguyen, and Adam Goodrum. In addition, we introduced 5 brand new collections for 2023 that cater to the fulfillment of any home.
Milan Design Week 2023 also marked our first participation in the "Terra - Inspired by Earth"project curated by Studiopepe with the year-round presentation of our Joss Sofa, Inumbra Shelving system, Stilt Table, and Lola Compact Sofa.
This project is a celebration of our connection with the earth, with a focus on sustainable and innovative design, as well as features a careful and conscious approach to design where natural color shades create a visual continuum within a coherent and material dimension, evoking a sense of peace and harmony.
