About the role:

As concepts and visuals play a pivotal role in our initiatives, we are seeking an enthusiastic and creative individual with intuitive aesthetics, innovative thinking, and a balanced understanding of both interiors and visual communications to join our Brand team.


Your responsibilities:

• Participating in ideating different visual assets and activities in alignment with brand strategies.

• Initiate and involve in the full creative process from ideas to producing assets, encompassing all forms of graphic principles and multimedia products, ensuring the quality and creativity of outsourced projects, such as printing, photography, and public relations.

• Develop templates and visuals for branding and product material packages.

• Create templates and visuals for digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., email, website) and social media platforms (e.g., posts, stories).

• Design tailored campaigns for specific occasions (e.g., seasonal, invitations, HR support)

• Design and edit customized layouts for presentations, brochures, and newsletters.

• Work closely with Art Director and Brand team to deliver exceptional marketing content that sets industry standards.


About you:

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects)

• Advanced understanding of design principles and a keen eye for creative projects.

• Exceptional capability and proficiency in layouts, typography, and digital graphics.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent internal communications and a collaborative approach to team dynamics.

• Advanced photography skill is a plus.

• Proficiency in digital publishing formats: Facebook, Instagram, Mailchimp, and Website.

• Proactively enhancing team procedures by taking initiative and constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.
